What data I collect
When you contact me
When you use the contact form or email me, I collect the information you choose to share:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your website (optional)
- The type of project or enquiry you select
- Your message, and anything else you include in it
I use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage our project.
Legal basis (GDPR): your consent, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
When you visit the website
Like most websites, the server automatically logs basic technical information when you visit, such as:
- Your IP address
- Browser type and device
- Pages visited, and the date and time of your visit
- The referring website
This data is used only to keep the website secure, working properly and fast. It is not used to identify you.
Legal basis (GDPR): legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
This website uses only cookies that are needed for it to work, for example for caching, security and performance.

Who I share your data with
I don’t sell, rent or trade your personal data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run this website:
- Hosting: [Hostinger], which stores the website and server logs
- Email: [your email provider, e.g. Google Workspace / Zoho / Hostinger Mail], which delivers and stores emails
- Security and performance: [Cloudflare / LiteSpeed CDN, if used], which protect and speed up the website
These providers process data only on my behalf and under their own data protection terms.
International data transfers
I am based in India, and some of my service providers may store data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, I rely on providers that use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long I keep your data
- Contact enquiries: kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and deleted within [12 months] if no project follows.
- Client project communication: kept for the duration of the project and as long as required for legal or accounting purposes.
- Server logs: kept for a short period by the hosting provider, usually [up to 30 days].
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR if you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to how your data is processed
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw your consent at any time

If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
